Have you ever wonder how to increase the number of traffic to your website? In order to make money online, you know you need to get a lot of traffic from somewhere. Once you get the traffic, you will have another task which is changing traffic to a buyer.
Do you know what drives your customer to buy your product? If not, you need to find out and do some digging. One way is by asking your existing customers to complete a survey while they are on your website if they are willing to do so. Ask them about their choices. What do they like about your products? What do they think of your competitors? Ask about prices, responsiveness to customers, return policies, and any other aspects of your product that will help you figure out why customers choose your product over others when given a choice.

Do you know who is buying your products? If not, you can check credit card records, or ask your customers to complete a simple contact form with name, address, age, gender, etc., when they purchase a product. This data will help you build a demographic profile of your customers; identify gaps and opportunities, etc. You can do research into their purchasing power and habits; see what media they rely on. The possibilities are exciting!
